An HVTC “dual-studies” model, by referring to Bosch’s ongoing service model and SOP for 4S stores, has been established within the framework of Bosch’s auto engineering training program. The model is capacity and practice-centric, characterized by the “dual-studies” courses and an ethos that puts students and standards first. It is a phased, multi-layered and domain-specific approach, reinforcing the synergy between theories and practices but with a particular emphasis on practical skills.
