Application Checklist:

1. The completed form “Application for Admission to HVTC”

2. Passport

3. Transcript (of senior high school level) or diploma of final education

4. Certificate of health condition

5. Certificate of school transfer (for transfer students only)

6. Statement of no drug-use history

7. Police clearance certificate

8. Proof of financial capacity (a statement verifying sufficient funds of the applicant, as evidenced by a bank deposit equal to or exceeding the cost of one academic year’s tuition in China, to cover all necessary expenses associated with the study, living, and international travels) 

Note: If any forms, documents, or certificates for application are provided in a language other than Chinese or English, they must be delivered each with a notarized Chinese or English translation. Forms, documents, and certificates comprised of two or more pages are required to be affixed with a cross-page seal or stamp (a single seal/stamp crossing the edges of all pages).
